Came in yesterday with my wife and we were greeted by a young lady who was patient and honest as It was our first time there. This place is by far the BEST BBQ spot in seattle and I have had BBQ in almost every BBQ joint in Seattle. The brisket was super tender and Juicy and the pork rib was fall off the bones ! The pit beans were also delicious as it was recommended by the young lady that took our order. My wife loved the Kale Caesar and enjoyed it. The only thing I will Zonk on this review is the mac and cheese...It was bland and watery and almost no flavor. Aside from that GREAT spot and I highly recommend it !

I don't generally eat brisket, I always go for pork when it comes to BBQ. I will just cut to the chase, go for the brisket at Wood Shop. Not because the pulled pork isn't good, but because the brisket is just so delicious. My whole family wanted Mac & Cheese bowls after catching a TV show that had featured Wood Shop. It was an old episode, but somehow I had missed out on Wood Shop, probably because I am not a big meat eater or BBQ fanatic. You don't have to be to enjoy this treat of dish. Service is at the counter and helpful (he said get the brisket, I didn't listen!). Enjoy a cherry limeade or something from the bar with your meat and carbs. You will leave happy.

My favorite BBQ spot in town, across from my favorite bakery. If you are into fall-off-the-bone tender and smokey meat, come and give them a try. My go-to is the ribs and (fatty) brisket. There is usually a line, but it goes by quickly. There is also a good selection of beer and cider on tap. Tip: If you come closer to dinner time over the weekend, they may run out of certain food (it was smoked wings for me).

come early to get the meats/sides you want! we came at 6:30 pm on a Sunday and they were out of all meats except brisket, pulled pork, and the chicken wings! They were also out of all mac and cheese :( luckily the brisket was DELICIOUS! super tender, soft, not even needing a knife to cut. the fat is out of this world... the pulled pork was also super flavorful, especially with their bbq sauces (og and hot) and the extra charred parts! The house potato salad was very good :) seating is self serve with utensils, trays, water, and ketchup/mustard. super spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating for nice days. all of the service was super friendly and they bring food to your table.
